PRODUCT RETURN CRITERIA
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reasons. The 14-day period starts from the day of receipt of the last parcel. To receive a full refund, you must return the products in suitable packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged in a shop.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR UNDERWEAR.
We kindly ask you to respect these conditions:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The clothing products have the label attached.
- The accessories have each part of the original packaging.
- The shoes are in the original box.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR UNDERWEAR.
The return request can be refused if it should result in non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions.
On butnot.it you can buy as a registered customer or as a guest. The return procedure in each case is indifferent.
You can make the return through the courier of your choice, even if GLS is strongly recommended, the same with which we ship. You will have to send ALL the products you intend to return in a single shipment, with the following recipient details:

Shipping is charged to the customer who carries out the return operation.
As soon as we have received the return, we will process it in 2/4 days.
Any refund will be made on the same method adopted for the payment of the order.
ORDERS MADE ON DELIVERY WILL BE REFUNDED THROUGH THE ISSUE OF A VALID DIGITAL VOUCHER ON THE ONLINE STORE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS.
